  • Do they have split values and a clear mission statement? Do their values align with yours? Is the mission statement clear and easy to understand? If so, you can be sure all the employees are united in carrying out this mission.

  • Are they trustworthy? You need to trust that the company will be there when you need them (especially during winter storms!) so make sure they return calls promptly and you know who to call should you need immediate assistance.
