Space to relax and entertain
Despite moving in just a few years ago, this homeowner has already cultivated strong relationships with her new neighbours and friends. While she made some upgrades to the property, it still felt incomplete, lacking the necessary space for her to fully enjoy her passion for entertaining.
A passion for plants
While the project didn't pose significant challenges — aside from transporting the heavy stone countertops to the backyard — the main hurdle was locating ample space for all her plants! Her gardens are exceptionally beautiful, even earning certification as a Wildlife Friendly Habitat from the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
A functional and beautiful space
After the project's completion, the homeowner can now entertain and host gatherings effortlessly — she’s even organizing a party to express her gratitude to all the Unique staff! We also enhanced the front yard's aesthetics, seamlessly linking the new driveway to the backyard to make it more accessible.

- Landscape lighting under countertops, path lighting and accent lighting throughout the backyard
- Garden walls constructed around existing trees
