This home is in an older neighbourhood and the backyard was quite outdated. Our clients were looking for an outdoor space that was functional and provided plenty of space to relax and entertain guests.

The current deck was small, rotting and no longer functional. They wanted to extend the deck to accommodate a recently added back door and provide easy access to the hot tub — so everything needed to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch.
